Debem Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps MB Series
MB 80 – MB 180
Reliable industrial centrifugal pumps designed for handling viscous and contaminated fluids.
The open impeller design of these industrial centrifugal pumps allows them to pump very dirty fluids with viscosities up to 500 cps, as well as fluids containing small-sized suspended solids, without clogging. This makes the Debem MB Series ideal for various applications, including water supply solutions, chemical transfer, and boiler feed systems.

How do the Debem MB Series pumps work?
The Debem MB Series pumps use a horizontal centrifugal design with an open impeller. An electric motor drives the impeller at speeds up to 3 000 RPM, generating centrifugal force that draws liquid into the impeller eye and accelerates it outward, where it is discharged at pressure.
The open impeller configuration allows small, suspended solids to pass through without clogging, making these pumps ideal for contaminated fluids up to 500 cps.
Constructed from chemically resistant materials such as polypropylene (PP) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), the MB Series withstands aggressive media whilst minimising wear and maintenance.
With dual sealing options and a weld-free thermoplastic body, these horizontal centrifugal pumps offer reliable, efficient, and durable performance across demanding industrial applications.
Industries we serve
The Debem MB Series horizontal centrifugal pumps are designed for reliability and efficiency across a wide range of industries. Their open impeller design, chemical resistance, and ability to handle contaminated fluids make them ideal for transferring viscous liquids and suspended solids in demanding environments. These include:
