Electric Diaphragm Pumps
Electric diaphragm pumps, also known as electric-operated double-diaphragm pumps, are a type of positive displacement pump that harnesses the power of an electric motor to operate flexible diaphragms. Unlike other pumps that rely on rotating blades, these pumps generate suction and pressure through the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm.

All about our diaphragm pumps
Our ARO electric diaphragm pumps integrate the advantages of the EXP series air-operated diaphragm pumps with advanced features from various process pump technologies, offering a versatile all-in-one solution that ensures the efficiency and precision control of positive displacement pumps.
These electric pumps offer various benefits, including a leak-free system, pulsation dampening, full controllability, easy installation, and the ability to adapt to various operational conditions. They can handle solids, are energy-efficient and offer full deadheading and maximum pressure capability. This range is ATEX-certified, making it suitable for hazardous environments.
With real deadhead protection, our electric pumps feature a built-in encoder that detects pump speed, slows the motor down as required, and holds system pressure for long periods. Due to an automated system, the pump can restart operating processes without priming and can be programmed for automatic shutdown in the event of a leak or pump failure.
These electric pumps have secondary seals to protect the actuation mechanism in the event of failure. They offer better control and monitoring of torque, flow and head based on specific process parameters. They require no compressed air system, are easy to maintain and repair, and feature a three-chamber design that ensures minimal noise levels. Additionally, they are easy
