Our air-operated diaphragm (AODD) pumps are positive displacement pumps designed for the efficient transfer of fluids in demanding industrial applications. They feature two pumping chambers that are alternately filled and discharged by flexible diaphragms. Compressed air is alternately fed to and vented from air chambers on the opposite sides of the diaphragms to create the pumping action. These pumps easily handle fluids containing clean, light to medium viscosity, large particles and slurries.

Our diaphragm pumps are ATEX-certified, meeting stringent safety standards for explosive atmospheres.

Our air-operated diaphragm pumps come in various flow rates and sizes, giving you control over the flow outlet and discharge pressure. They can handle flow rates as slow as 1 L/PM and up to 1 079 L/PM, depending on the pump size. The fluid pressure can also be adjusted up to 8.6 bar using an air filter/regulator and a needle valve.
